For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on bet633, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
bet633 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in account restriction, suspension or closure.
Age verification is mandatory. If bet633 has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is underage, the Account will be suspended immediately and all wagers placed during the relevant period will be voided pending investigation.
Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. Deliberately providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bet633 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify support immediately and change your password without delay.
Before processing any withdrawal, and at bet633's discretion at other times, you may be required to complete a KYC verification process. This may include submission of:

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after KYC clearance and any applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds are met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
All Account balances are displayed and managed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a deposit is received in a different currency, conversion to PKR will apply at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. bet633 is not responsible for any exchange rate losses.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and AML review. Typical processing times vary by method; users will be notified if a delay is anticipated.
bet633 reserves the right to refuse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method owned by the registered account holder, that appears to involve funds of uncertain origin, or that triggers AML compliance alerts. In such circumstances, the relevant funds will be returned to the source account where technically possible.
Pakistani banking regulations and mobile-money operator policies may restrict transactions to overseas gambling platforms. bet633 reserves the right to decline or limit any wager at its sole discretion, without any obligation to provide a reason. Wagers are only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation reference from the Platform. No wager is binding on bet633 until such confirmation is received.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed for each market at the time of placing a wager. These limits may vary by event, market type and account standing. bet633 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including for specific user accounts, without prior notice.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds due to a technical fault, data feed error or human error — bet633 reserves the right to void any wager placed at the erroneous price. Users who knowingly exploit obvious errors may have their accounts suspended. bet633 is not liable for any loss or claim arising from an obvious error.
A bet may be voided if: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; the event does not follow its scheduled format; the relevant market was offered in error; or any other circumstance arises that prevents fair settlement. Voided wagers are returned to the account balance in full.
Pakistan cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, bilateral T20 series, ICC tournaments and domestic competitions — are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform for each event category. In the event of a conflict between a sport-specific rule and these general Terms, the sport-specific rule prevails for the purpose of bet settlement only.
bet633 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions and other incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet633 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
bet633's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits you have made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 25,000 — whichever is lower.
bet633 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or free from other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended for maintenance, technical upgrades or circumstances beyond bet633's reasonable control. bet633 is not liable for any loss resulting from such suspension.
Gambling involves financial risk. You may lose all funds deposited. bet633 accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred in the course of betting or gaming activity, beyond the operational obligations described in these Terms.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds may be temporarily restricted. If the investigation concludes in the User's favour, full access will be restored. Where the investigation identifies a breach, bet633 reserves the right to forfeit balances attributable to the breach and to permanently close the Account.
bet633 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bet633 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by emailing registered users at the address associated with their Account.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 5.4.
The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://bet633.cam/terms-conditions. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. bet633 is not obligated to provide individualised notification of every amendment.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact bet633's support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the dispute to the dispute resolution process specified under the Operator's license jurisdiction.
You acknowledge that Pakistani courts may not have jurisdiction over the Operator and that pursuing legal remedies within Pakistan may be subject to limitations arising from the Operator's international structure.
